At FIT9, peptides are shipped with ice packs to maintain their stability during transit. It’s normal for the ice packs to melt and become room temperature or warm during shipping. Upon receiving your shipment, it’s important to place the peptides in the refrigerator immediately.
Peptides are shelf-stable at temperatures up to 84°F for one month. For a longer shelf life, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator, for injection use for up to six months.
Yes! And we even offer oral peptides to keep you on track. However, here is a travel tip: place Peptides in a thermos with an ice pack and place in your carry-on. You can also purchase a travel pack like this one on Amazon: TSA Approved Travel Case
At FIT9, we work exclusively with our partnered pharmacy that provides rigorous testing, verified lot numbers, and compliance with industry standards. Unlike many online sources, FIT9 prioritizes purity and potency. Cheaper online options often lack this level of oversight, posing potential risks due to unknown ingredients, contaminants, or inaccurate dosages. By choosing FIT9, you’re investing in your health with confidence.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you:
- Gather Supplies: You’ll need an alcohol swab, your syringe with the prescribed dose, and the peptide vial.
- Prepare the Injection Area: Choose a clean area, typically around the abdomen, at least an inch away from the belly button. Wipe the area with an alcohol swab to disinfect.
- Draw the Peptide Dose: Insert the needle into the peptide vial, pull back the plunger to draw the prescribed amount, and tap out any air bubbles.
- Pinch the Skin: Gently pinch a fold of skin between your thumb and forefinger to lift it away from underlying muscle.
- Insert the Needle: Holding the syringe at a 45-degree angle, insert the needle into the pinched skin. Push the plunger slowly to inject the peptide.
- Remove the Needle and Discard: Withdraw the needle, release the skin, and discard the syringe safely in a sharps container.
- Apply Light Pressure: Press a clean cotton ball over the area if needed; avoid rubbing to minimize irritation.
