I’ve been in the fitness business for over 20 years.
I’ve built bodies, meal plans, workouts, classes and studios.
The science behind FIT9 (Atlanta’s BEST 48-minute workout) comes from years of training my own body and helping aid the fitness goals of hundreds and hundreds of others.
We’ve added Aesthetics & Wellness services to better serve our community.
These services align perfectly with where I’m personally at in my wellness and health journey.
I only stand behind what I believe in.
I teach FIT9 classes, and I also take them.
I personally train FIT9 clients daily, and I also never miss my daily workouts.
I now sell peptide therapies, and I also use peptides because of the many benefits they offer.
Feel free to ask, I’d be happy to share all that I have learned through my own experiences.
I look forward to sharing my journey and helping you in yours.
