Fit9 is hands down the best studio I've attended! Classes are taught by a small group of instructors which gives the studio a personalized feel. Each instructor also specializes in a particular fitness discipline and they're all eager to help get you on the right program for your goals. I've seen significant changes in my body in such a short period of time and they also offer great intro specials to try one of their 4 classes. A must try in Buckhead 😉

Killer workout! I’m glad I finally tried it. The amenities are great, very clean and modern, plus the staff was very friendly. My instructor for the Full Body workout was Alex Carson. Props to him! He really paid attention to my movements at all times and made sure I was doing them right. In my experience that’s one very important thing I look for when I workout. Not only to be able to get the best out of the workout but also to avoid any injuries. I already booked my next class and can’t wait to go back!!!

Fit9 is amazing. My first encounter was signing up for the 2-week Mega Fit9 Challenge. This class help re-energize my commitment to being a healthier me. I have been working out two days a week with a personal trainer for the past couple of years but I have lacked the motivation to workout outside of personal training and even during my personal training sessions. Fit9 has made working out fun for me again. I have tried similar classes before but Fit9 is unmatched. I'm challenged ever single class and burn tons of calories. I really enjoy the boxing portion of the class. The overall class and instructors have help to push me to new limits.

What can I say - this class covers all of my fitness buckets that I look for when working out. Stength training, Agility, Endurance and just flat out pushing me mentally and physically. I think my favorite part is the boxing which is especially great after a stressful day/week. I love that I get my cardio in but don't have to spend 20-30 minutes just running on a treadmill - this class is so incredibly dynamic. Music is always on point and instructors are great are showing you the ropes especially if it's your first time.
