My instructor for the Full Body workout was Alex Carson. Props to him! He really paid attention to my movements at all times and made sure I was doing them right. Stength training, Agility, Endurance and just flat out pushing me mentally and physically. I think my favorite part is the boxing which is especially great after a stressful day/week. I love that I get my cardio in but don't have to spend 20-30 minutes just running on a treadmill - this class is so incredibly dynamic. Music is always on point and instructors are great are showing you the ropes especially if it's your first time.
